Using the latest image guidelines from General Motors Corporation for their West Coast dealerships, we created a completely new and different exterior visual appearance for this 1980’s era building in Renton, WA. Exterior improvements included new aluminum-clad fascia panels, new entry façade element, a 2,000 square foot addition for new car delivery, aluminum storefront, and fresh painting of the masonry walls.

On the inside, most customer spaces were re-configured for increased efficiency and updated finishes, including the showroom, sales offices, customer lounge, service write-up desks, parts counter, cashier, and restrooms.
