Perhaps our most extensive renovation of an existing building, for a new branch of Sound Credit Union, in Bonney Lake Washington; completed in the Summer of 2010. On the exterior, the existing old sheet metal mansard roofing was removed, the roof re-framed, windows replaced, masonry wainscots were installed, and a new gabled roof canopy was constructed at the main entrance.

The intent here was to render an exterior appearance as close as possible to the clients’ other locations in the South Sound Region. On the interior, the existing space was entirely gutted to bare stud walls, and redesigned for the operations of a credit union. Site improvements included a new underground storm drainage system, asphalt paving, and landscaping.
