Pease & Sons, Inc. is a general contractor specializing in heavy mechanical projects, and needed a new facility to consolidate the storage of piping, valves, plumbing fixtures and other devices, as well as spaces for staff offices & employee areas. The basic structure utilizes a pre-engineered metal building system, together with convention materials on the office exterior. We also designed a large covered loading area with a half-height dock edge, for ease of loading/unloading cargo.
